Meal Options:

By unanimous vote at 2017 Annual Conference, all general seating meals require payment regardless of an individual's status. Payment for general seating meals, as well as the laity banquet, will be collected upon reservation submission.

1.  Lunch is available by reservation only in the fellowship hall on Monday and Tuesday. The cost of each meal is $8.50. 

2.  Various groups arrange breakfast or lunch meetings; reservations and payment are managed through the point of contact shown below.

Mrs. Nancy Graves is hosting this gathering at FUMC Montgomery. If you plan to attend, please indicate below. A reservation is required due to limited seating. Tickets may be picked up in the registration area.  Additional information will be sent to you at a later date.

Sean Dietrich, Sean of the South, will be the Mary Ellen Bullard Laity Banquet speaker and entertainment. All are welcome to purchase a ticket for this event. The cost is $15 per ticket.

Biometric Health Screening

The biometric health screening will be held on Monday and Tuesday at annual conference from 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM.
Please note that this is a FASTING health screening. 

For clergy, laity, and dependents on the conference health plan, there is no fee involved.  Clergy enrolled in the ACTIVE health plan must complete the online Health Quotient and Biometric Screening by August 31, 2019, to avoid the monthly $50 personal wellness surcharge! Participants with a reservation will have priority. Your scheduled appointment time will be placed in your name badge. All others will be served on a first come/first served basis as time allows. 

Cost of the screening for those not on the Conference insurance plan is $95 for men; $110 for women (different tests are administered). Online payment is available. If not paying online, please pay at the sign-in table for the health screening (NOT the registration table). Checks should be made payable to AWFC.

**If you are a voting member of Annual Conference, please be mindful of the times of Business Sessions as voting may happen at any time during a session.**

General Information

Tickets for the meals you reserved will be given at check-in at the registration area. If you do not make a meal reservation through this system, meal tickets are available on a first come/first served basis. Please note the registration/check-in times are as follows:

Childcare

Childcare is available during certain times of Annual Conference. Please visit the Childcare Reservation page for more information and to reserve a care. 
A private space is available to nursing mothers upon check-in. Refrigeration services are not available so please come prepared. 

Adult Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are a critical component of each annual conference session. It takes a community of people to handle the hundreds of details from welcoming our lay and clergy members to clean up to serving meals. We welcome your service at this conference.
